anybody do a comparison between the A4 and Acura TL?
My buddy who wrecked his A4 is looking for a new car so we went and test drove the Acura TL last night. For the money, hard to compare the two. The A4 kills the TL in the suspension department. However, the extra power and features make up for it. I know they are 2 different cars and I'm sure everyone here dislikes the TL, but from an overall picture, hard to choose the A4 when they are close to the same price...

TL is certainly a nice car....
It comes down to personal preference. I am biased since the the only Japanese car in our family history caused nothing but problems and was sold after 12,000 miles. I am german too, so I would have to say stick with "made in Germany."
Plus...a nice looking A4 turns more heads than the TL. It looks somewhat boring...at least I think so.

I liked the TL as well, except
It did not have the road feel an A4 has. I felt disconnected with the car. Power was good, but the torque is an issue w/FWD. What I did like about the TL was the array of standard options on the car - XM free for 3 months and blue tooth are nice bonuses. Overall nice car, but not for me.

I had a 02 TL, i will never buy another American built car again
Car doesnt feel soild at all.
I drove the new one and the torque steer drove me crazy. Other than that its a nice car.
