i think it's been done but i recommend getting 4thgen + blitzsafe

But I have a first gen ipod and I'm not looking into getting rid of it.

Default Why not give it to a younger sibling & reward yourself with an A/V 'iPod'.several coming out in
the Fall. Creative, Samsung, etc.
