Anyone know how to take out the knee bolster?

Default Anyone know how to take out the knee bolster?
well i was tring to pull the fuse panel out but can't reach one of the screw that is holding the fuse panel because of knee bolster.. how do i take the knee bolster

forgive me if im wrong, but isnt the fuse box on the side of the dash and accesible when you open the door?

yes it is but can't reach one of the bolb because of the knee bolster
