APR issues

Having issues getting a response from APR over a failed chip (Outstanding problem for > a month, no return call for over a week.) Engine idling rough, stalling, and surging. Poor Customer service on their part, and getting very frustrated!

cust. service is why some on AW prefer other companies

Not to excuse their lack of a response, but have you tried other avenues?

Since they don't appear to be helping you, is there anyone else you can contact? Who did the install? Do you have a local APR distributer? How about not even local? Basically, I'd worry about getting your car up and running. Then, depending on who is helpful and who is not, you can dole out the bad press at your leisure...

I agree.

I've read plenty of posts complaining about poor and/or lacking service. I agree it's all about after sale service.

I went to visit a local distributor and was told flatly that my contact is no longer employed by that particular shop. . . . .

when I wrote "join the club" I meant join the list of APR customers who have experienced "issues" only to find little or no support from local distributor or the manufacturer.
