Default i'm assuming you're talking about the bench...

if so it's hooked in 2 places... right in the middle on the "seat" on each side, just pull straight up, one side at a time, and place your hand kind of in the middle of the seat, just grab the edge and pull up...

you might break the plastic piece(s) in which the bench hooks in, but don't worry, it happens often and they're only like $10 at the stealership so no biggie...

Wait.. in the front of the seat or rear... I do want the bench out but the way you explained it could be confusing.. is there a lever i pull or it pops up?

Default lift under the front edge of the bench part...it pulls right up....be careful if you have rear seat

airbags because there is a wire harness that is attached to the seat bench bottom that you're pulling up on and needs to be disconnected before you can fully remove the seat bottom. And yes, this is the best thing to do when running wire to the trunk area.
