Can't enter SECURITY CODE, blank screen
i can't enter the security code into my audi concert head unit because it appears as just red. no 'safe' or no numbers. i have the security code and want to enter it in, but I don't know how to do this. please help!

Pull the fuse and put it back in.
My radio has done several times. If pulling the fuse doesn't work then you'll have to take it in to the shop. The first time they replace a fuse that's in the back of the radio. The second time they replaced the whole radio saying that it was a software problem. Hope this helps.
