I recently put a chip in my 2004 . While the chip was out it poured and the ECU Compartment filled with water. I replaced all three relays in there, and still I have some problems. Two Relays were replaced with NAPA Parts, 219 is the Audi Replaced Relay. Still I have this situation:

1)The alarm will randomly go off.
2)No Power Windows
3)No Sunroof
4)No Keyless entry
5)Door Lock and unlock doesn't work on PS. Unlock doesn't work on DS.
6)Interior lights won't come on except passenger rear footwell. Or they come on randomly when driving at partial brightness.

Chip seems to work, car runs fine. It is now throwing a CEL although it wasn't at first.

Does anybody have any idea how to reset the whole car? Or did something seriously get fritzed?

check your fuses, and get a VAG-COM or find someone with one to scan your car.

Remove the ECU for 5 min might help but something sounds fried in there.
