Doe3s my car have aftermarket suspension?
It's an '03 A4. I bought it in the spring of '08. It looks noticeably lower than any other B6 A4 I've ever seen. Now, it does have the sport package, but the non-sport wheels. Is that why it looks low? Check out the wheel gap, it's minimal. It looks even lower than A4 sports with the sport wheels, to me at least. Have a look:

Opinion: It just a standard sport version, but from the picture it is hard to see what clearance you have between the fender wheel and top of the tire. Take a look at the link below; there are some additional pictures. What I understand is that the 02 and early 03's were about .75 inches lower but becuase of customer "complaints", they rasied the later cars. Also, you will find in the link that the struts are red.

I don't think my shocks are red, I've jacked it up and taken a look before. So that would lead me to believe that it is aftermarket because it definitely sits too low to be OEM non-sport, right?

Oh, if you don't have red shocks, then it may be lowered. Then the question is did they just lower or did they lower and replace shocks. Did you read through the link?
The best measure is fender to ground. I will try to find some time to measure mine and let you know.

I measured my stock Sport 2002 A4 (remember the 02s and some 03s are lower than later cars) and have the following fender to ground measurements: Rear: 25.5 inches; Front 25.25 inches. If yours is lower, it has been modified.

I think yes. If by "crest" you mean the point you can measure on the painted external part of the car, then yes. I.e., not inside the fender well. It is the part that would get a door ding first if someone opened a door into your car. Does that make sense?

Although you mentioned you did not think you have "red" shocks. You might take another quick look at the shocks. By "red" they really mean more of a "dark dirty muted maroon".
