Default does anyone know if u can adjust mileage on a used dash cluster...
that has about 7000m on it already. I want to change to the proper higher mileage the car really has. Is this possible and if so how do u do it?

no, the mileage can only be set once i beleive by a dealer.

Default Yes, you can get it reprogrammed by the dealer
It's not really common, but it's not unheard of. They'll have to put a sticker on the door jamb somewhere saying that the cluster isn't original and that the mileage has been programmed to match. I think it's about $100 to reprogram it, IIRC.
