Does your stock turbos whine?

I notice this whine sound relevant to my turbo spooling up/down when cold.... it's still under warranty.

My stock turbo is noticable when cold... but I dont know exactly what you mean about whine

i have a 2006 a4 2.0T...

when i hit about 20 mph, i start to hear a very faint and high pitched whistling sound (with windows up) coming from the front...i continue to hear it whil pressing the gas and goign over 20 mph...at about 50 mph i stop hearing it (maybe because the engine is revving harder)...

does this sound like your sound? some people say its normal turbo spooling sound...
