That's it, I give up! I remember reading a while ago about how someone on the forum had figured out a way to set the dual climate control on our A4s to respond to just one of the buttons, but I've just spent 15 minutes searching the forum, and I can't find the post. The search engine sucks.

Can anybody help?

It also works the opposite way: if you hold Passenger Auto for 2-3 seconds, it lets the passenger control both sides.

Actually, you can press either side. If you push and hold the driverside, you'll be able to change both temperatures with driver side controls. If you push and hold the passenger side, you'll be able to change both temperatures with passenger side controls. Cool huh???!!!! good for avoiding fights on long drives
