ECS ventpod boost gauge
So i have an update for everyone on my install of the ventpod boost gauge. The video on youtube that ECStuning has posted is for automatic transmissions and for those of you with stick shift you can follow if up to the point where they use the grommit on the back of the body to go under the dash. I myself have the 5spd and ran into this problem. The easiest thing i found to do was take your drives side wheel off. take out the couple of hex head bolts for the fenderwell and run it through the grommit that your electrical cables and hood cable run through. you just have to make a small hole then run the plastic vaccuum line. from there it is an easy day. I don't know if this helps anyone but it keeps wires out of sight and a clean look still. I am sure this will work for anyone running a boost gauge not just the ventpod.
Turbo inlet hose was much more difficult than anything else i have done so far and if you do that get rid of your stock DV while your there they leak and the paper diaphragm tears in them quite easily. hope to have some pics up soon i am new and haven't got to show off my baby yet. If this helps anyone please let me know or if you have any questions feel free to PM me.
