Default Ed, April, others - Order Tracking Question:
Latest tracking sheet on my '02 Avant (ordered in late March) shows projected arrival at POE (Houston) on 7/11, with dealer delivery in Illinois on 7/13. I'm surprised Audi would even claim to be able to hold that kind of schedule between port and delivery. In fact, I'm positive that they can't and won't. Is there something about their tracking checkpoints that I don't understand? Why would they even put such numbers in their system?

Default Does that make me others? :P Anyway, if the car is due in port 7/11 expect the car in 2 days -
2 weeks. Your dealer can call the port and ask for it to be expedited.

Default My tracking sheet said....
The car will arrive June 11 in the port and will be at the dealer June 13. Needless to say....I didnt take delivery of my car until June 25th =)

Default Mine was set to arrive June 12/13, it got to the dealer 7/1, and...
I'll sign the papers maybe tomorrow. Pickup 7/5.
