Firestone Firehawk SZ50 users. I need your input. What do you like/dislike about them?

not sure how much the Runflat Firehawk SZ50 has in common with the regular tire, but
on the runflats, they had very good grip, provided a smooth ride with low tire noise, and were great in dry and wet. The treadlife was on the poor side though. (This is on my '99 Corvette Convertible)

that was a short putt...
I have to admit that the "Ford Exploder" debacle always comes to mind the minute I hear the name Firestone.
Still, I wish that some of the American tire cos would get their act together. They all make at least one good tire, I guess.
