Well, it's a double-edged sword. I too want it for aesthetics but I also want it to protect the
bottom front splits on the USP. The downside is that it's 3/8 thick and will sit that much closer to the ground increasing the change of dragging ice, snow...etc. I made it ouf of HDPE black plastic.
