Flywheel
Brought my car in today to get a new clutch installed, i recieved a call halfway through the day sayign there are numberous gaskets that need to be replaced and a new flywheel.
Should i stay with the stock one? Should i get the one from south bend? Any imput would be great
Thanks

STFA...depends what you are looking for...OEM flywheel will hold the rpms up longer..
than a LWFW, so you can be lazy when shifting. The LWFW will drop the rpm band off fast, so be ready to shift quickly.
I've been kick'n around the idea for a lighten flywheel as well.

Get the stock one from southbend. The LWFW will be loud, loud, loud...
but if you dont mind the chatter and people asking what's wrong with your car, you will gain rev control for heal toe track driving wich 99% of A4 drivers will never need. Acceleration times were logged as near identical between the stock and LWFW when I tried them. cheers! Mike
