Hi guys - TYIA for the help. My lady went to pump fuel and found she could not get the nozzle in. She started fingering the hole ( here we go with the puns ) and this plastic ring came out in pieces. Now you cannot insert the nozzle without pushing this ring like bracket out of the way. I have a basic idea of what’s happening but I’m assuming this is common in this model? 2012 A4 2.0 Quattro. I’m an Audi newb ( it’s our first ) but I can sling a wrench - so I wanted to start here before heading to the dealership - who will undoubtedly - finger MY hole to diagnose and repair. What’s going on here and is it easy enough to handle with basic tools
