So I bought an 04 a4 avant and I can't seem to open the hatch The inside switch doesn't work, the outside handle doesn't work plus it doesnt have a key hole so I can't manually open it, I pulled the fuse and checked it and swapped it and still no luck. The hatch is rusted pretty bad to where there is a hole right below the glass but is there still no way to manually open it?

Does it make any sound when pressing the button on the trunk? If it does the actuator is going bad. Then opening is very possible if you leave the car somewhere cold. If not, there should be a key hole right next to the button above the license plate.
