Default Goddamn stupid motherfocking garbage truck drivers, ARGGGGHHHH

On my way home, I was behind this garbage truck. Light turns green, the one lane turns into a two lane road. I go into the left, slowly passing him. He starts to merge into my lane to pass by a double parked car...too late to slam the brakes, I quickly try to pass him. Nope, too late, he's too close to me, had to cut left into the sidewalk to avoid him sideswiping me!!!

Loud crunch/scraping noise and everyone is looking to see what it is. After he passes by me, he sticks his head out the window and laughs, fvcking *******. I couldn't do anything but curse and flip him off.

I was pissed off for so long after this and on the drive home.

Default At least it was only the wheels, hopefully.....get an alignment check....

and then get some aftermarket wheels to make you feel better!!! You can get the spare out and replace that wheel. That's what I did when I curbed my wheel.

Default Yeah, might have the spare wheel swapped with this curbed one for now until I get some new ones.

Looking into these: <a href="http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/17-Hyper-Audi-A4-A6-A8-RS6-S6-S8-V8-wheels-rims_W0QQcmdZViewItemQQcategoryZ43957QQihZ019QQite mZ290065764946QQrdZ1">RS4 Rep</a>

Default You could try repairing you oem wheel yourself...

check out this link, it gives great instructions on DIY wheel repair.

<a href="http://www.a4mods.com/index.php?page=webcontent/pages/rimrepair.html">link</a>

I started refinishing my oem 17" (I will repaint them gunmetal grey) because I just got some 19" RS4 reps and I will keep my 17" for winter wheels.

<img src="http://pictureposter.audiworld.com/107183/wheel_repair.jpg">

Start by sanding it to the primer and you could fill the holes with bondo to reshape the gouged parts, then re-prime and re-paint.
Worth a shot...

I could not see a damn thing and I was on the interstate! I had to pull over and did not get a licence plate or any info. Could not wash it until I got home from work.
