Got Dyno'd today at AMS. I share my shame [mildly long]...
(you may have to zoom in to get all the details)

BTW it was excellent meeting fellow AW'ers today from Paul at AMS, Dave at Eurocode, Reznut, and even a fellow mad scientist with the FMIC and the T28, DLSJ5. Many others. No offense, Dave, but I still think your turbo came off a P38 lightning.
Anyway, with the N/S CVT chip and exhaust, the turbo from the 190 HP 1.8 BEX engine, and dual IC's, I'm a hair within 190 HP and 200 Ft-lbs of torque. Up to 5400 RPM the CVT is coming on strong, running smooth, and loving it. After that the bottom drops out of the boost and the engine power plummets. The consensus at AMS is that with the extra air even this mildly upgraded turbo put out, the gas can no longer keep up, the ECU is out of compensation room, and the boost cuts out to keep within limits. The stock injectors are under flowing and it's time to put in the injectors I already have that Audi spec'd for this turbo. [insert chorus of "I told you so's" here].
The nice thing was that when Dr. Mark came out to share the bad news the wif was standing right there. She looked at the charts and said, "Wow, you need to get those injectors installed." Is that love or what?
I guess I'll be seeing Greedspeed again really soon and also take advantage of N/S's custom tweaking option. That this has a high WAM rating (Wife Approved Modification) is pure icing.
The spike at 2800 RPM is not as sharp as anticipated and may just be overshoot. The three spike boost flutter above 6400 RPM looks dangerous. Redline comes with a penalty. Any other ideas about the chart would be appreciated.

Nice meeting you as well, not bad numbers for you on 91 oct
91 is just crap!!! Those injectors will help, the fuel del. systems on our cars arn't that great. Most of the cars seemend a little to alot lower than what the advertised power is.
Your car looks nice. Get that FMIC!!!! You will feel the difference!!! JK, the duals are perfect for your setup. Good luck to you, again nice meeting you and the wife.

was great to meet you shawn! btw i'm not an employee of ams! couldn't tell if that's what you were
saying or if i misread your post =) Btw, there's room for improvement so look at this as a good baseline to see how future tweaks/tuning options effect the car

It was nice metting you as well. Let me know I have software to accomidate you car with injectors...
at respectable boost and torque levels for the CVT. I can have you car fixed in less than 30min this will save you allot of guessing, time & expense.

Just curious. Would I be able to gain some addl HP on my REVO A4 with bigger injectors?
Hello David I couldn't make it to AMS but I'm curious if I can gain some more HP with bigger injectors on my REVO'ed A4.

Getting some Union 76 gas (without MTBE) alone will make a significant difference if you...
...must fill up with pump gas. That MTBE crap is NOT good for all cars in general, especially force-induced cars.

David, does it have to be specific injectors or can I compensate for the BA's I already have.
Most tuners go with the TT's BC injectors but Audi spec'd the 190 HP engine with the BA injectors. Can the fuel map be adjusted accordingly?
