Has anyone put the stock lug covers on aftermarket lugs?
They seem to fit right over the RAD lugs that I'm using for my BBS wheels. I think they fit just a tad tad tighter but you can still use the tool to slide them off. I was afraid of putting them all on because I'm not sure if over time they may get stuck.
I'd hate for them to get stuck on or if the removal tool somehow broke. How would I get them off then?
BTW...if I ever get a flat, would I be able to use the stock 17" spare? How long would I be able to drive on it without damaging the Quattro system?

I have some long picks - if the removal tool ever broke, you can just pick it off.
Not really a big deal. I put the lug covers on my aftermarket lugs. Works just fine. I had them for about 17K Miles already and nothing wrong with them thus far.

Do what I did...i wouldn't drive it more than a few miles beyond the closest tire shop.

I think it gives more security, in addition to the McGard wheel locks I have.
