Headlight and oettinger sideskirt question

Headlight and oettinger sideskirt question
Got a few questions regarding these 2.
1. the headlights, any idea if the front plastic can be removed.(the plastic which protects the lightbulbs) or are you forced to buy a whole new headlight if a stone cracks it.
2. sideskirts, oettinger side skirts should they be put over the OEM sides or should i remove the OEM and screw on the Oety's?

As for the headlights, I think that you need a whole new casing...
The bulbs and everything will be transferrable. If they are the OEM casings, you can try calling a salvadge yard and see if they have one that you need, but obviously if you have the E-codes then you will need to source another one.
As for the sideskirts, you may want to check over on AZ for some help. IIRC not a lot of people on here run body kits.
