Helicopter sound

I own a 2002a4 and whenever I turn it on I hear this heilcopter sound coming from my engine and I can’t figure out what it is

It makes the sound when I turn the steering wheel

Then probably the power steering pump. Check the fluid, but only fill with Audi fluid.
