Default How do i get to the panel filter in the airbox?

I a,m trying to install the ITG panel filter. I have the two top screws undone but the two pieces don't come apart enough to get the stock filter out. Also there is a lot of misc. junk in the way. Any help would be appreciated.

Default There is a plastic round plug with a hole in the middle on the inside of the passenger fender

You should see it right away. Pull it out with a flathead screwdriver, then there are 2 small hoses that need to come off by the airbox towards the firewall. undo those clips. make sure you get new adjustable ones for the one time use ones you break off. then grab the wires wrapped in electrical tape going across the air box and give them a tug up, should come right up. Undo the MAF, the intake hose, and the smaller DV plasic hose from the air box. Lastly, there is another small vaccum hose under the large intake hose with a 1 time use clamp on it. break off the clamp, move the wires and hoses, it will pull right out. Make sure you align the 2 little plasic posts when you re install the airbox. Reverse the procedure, get 2 SMALL hose clamps for the 2 clamps you broke off, and VOILA!

Default pull the middle spring hose out, and then pull the plastic clip that is stuck inside the rubber

clamp on top of the air box. The clip is right where all those hoses come together. Just be careful not to break the clip since it's pretty tight. Once off undo the clips around the edge of the air box and then just pull up on the airbox. While you're in there, clean our your prefilter.

If I am right, the pre filter (snow filter?) Should be in the plastic intake you took off.

Default It honestly fell out when the intake was seperated in 2 and fell onto my garage floor.

And you are very welcome. Hope my directions were sufficient.
