How do you take the lower grill off a non-Ultrasport?

How do you take the lower grill off a non-Ultrasport?
Got a blackout grill in today and want to so the install tonight. The upper grill was easy to take out with the clips, but I can't see how the lower grill comes out.

There're also clips... Take a closer look at your new grill.
Other than that, it's just about pulling it hard enough. If I recall correctly, I had to take out the license plate holder.
