I used Dupli-Color Black Trim Paint. It has a rubbery-satin finish which was just what I was looking for. I cleaned it, prepped it, sanded it with 1000 grit, sprayed an adhesion promoter and then sprayed about 4 coats of the black stuff. I should have done this a long time ago.

Default No, it was unpainted. It looked ok in grey, but this is so much better.

And it will tie in my other mods that are coming up in the short future.

Default cool, i wanted to ask you about your K04.

now that you've had it for a bit, are you happy with your decision?

Default Yes, it's adequate power that can get me into trouble if I want to but

not as easily as a BT setup. Not to mention the cost of running a larger turbo and more HP in the long run. I'm quite happy with my setup, don't forsee any upgrades. Just concentrating on some cosmetic upgrades for now.

Default 2nd...

The K04 is plenty of power for my daily commutes to & from work. Its just enough power to easily get in trouble with if your not careful, and dont own a radar detector. ;o)
