I have just get in an accident today......
Get in an accident on Boundary at Kingsway (in Vnacouver BC) today
a stupid fXXking axxless moron with no eyes cut three lanes from the left turn lane to the rightest lane
I was in the righest lane and got hit by him
there is al a car beside me and he got involved too
oh man
my 5 months old car is no more new
damn it

Too bad, that intersection is brutal. Same with Boundary and 12th.
I find that I just kinda give up around town and toodle around trying to stay out of everyone's way. Vancouver has some pretty bad driving.
My car was about 4 days old when I was turning off Renfrew to head down McGill onto the 2nd Narrows Bridge. There's 2 lanes turning right, and I was in the left outside lane. I was about halfway through the turn when I hear the scrubbing sound of tires slipping. To my left.
I look over and see a Ford minivan on three wheels turning right outside me. My heart jumps into my throat, as I expect the driver to brake and oversteer into me or something. I check and luckily have space to dive towards the curb as the minivan makes it around and carries on. Then the two police cars chasing it also blow past while I'm panting in the right lane thanking Lady Luck.
That pretty much set the tone of city driving for me.
Hope that you can have everything repaired OK. Let us know how it goes with ICBC and the shops.

I feel your pain
Got hit in the side by a white car, still dont know who did it. Also, got hit by SUV in rear, dont know who did that either...
Maybe i should install a camera on my car
...

Been there, by a hit a run.
They swiped my rear driver side on a northbound feeder and when I pulled into a parking lot - they did not. Currently in the shop after 2 weeks and 4 days of driving.
Glad to here no one got hurt - but still sucks, I know.
