Who says I want to modify? I rather have a reliable car then a car thats modified..
If you don't know.. I drive... I drive a lot.. MY ENTIRE FAMILY drives a lot. 20-30k per year. I dont need a fast car, the 3.0 is plenty quick for how and where I drive. I LIVE IN NEW JERSEY!!!. It's not about how much power you have, its about how you can handle traffic. I want something with enough power as is, without touching it. If anything I would just the thermal exhaust.

have a mechanic put it on a lift to see how extensive the damage is.
have them also check for oil sludge. otherwise, sounds like a good deal. basically my car w/ a 3.0 engine.
