If at first you don't succeed.... try, try again. In.Pro. Chrome Mirror Covers installed !!!
Ok this is the quick and dirty picture... my car is ridiculously dirty and the mirrors are smudged. They went on much easier once I figured out what I was doing wrong yesterday.
I think they look great sitting up against the chrome trim around the windows and personally I think they are much better in person than in pictures !!!
Hopefully if it doesn't rain tomorrow I'll detail my car and cruise to South Beach and snap some pictures. My goal would be to get in front of the American Airlines Arena somehow for a pic, so we'll see.
Anyway the picture showing I can do a mod on my own

About the install:
For my car at least you need help on the right side. The driver's side I did by myself. I let the mirror glass rest inside the open window of my car and on the soft material of the interior. However, the passenger side the wires holding the mirror were not long enough so I simply needed an extra set of hands to handle the mirror glass as I worked with the rest of the job. All in all considering I'm not very capable of doing mods on my own this was a snap. My problems yesterday were that I was focused on making the exterior of the mirror sit flush, but failed to realize the mirror must sit in the 2 tabs on the motor if it will end up flush. Once I got that figured out and worked them into place they ended up with a perfect fit and finish just like OEM mirrors. Side note: for whatever reason the passenger side mirror took a little more wiggling to get into place but no extreme force was necessary.
P.S. new sig pic tomorrow hopefully

looks good Mike!
i've contemplated getting the satin finish version a few time...i'm not a huge fan of the chrome look but they do look good on your car...glad to hear you got them to fit!
