If you could start from scratch, what would you do with (~$25k)?

Gonna switch to the darkside, (B6 A4).
Hey guys my 328is got totaled by another car.
I want a B6 A4 1.8tq.
I have done quite a few searches, I wont ask any stupid best chip questions, but I have a few questions.
You can link me to a thread if you like. I will also have money for mods, so any suggestions will be much appreciated.

What are e-codes? (Just S4 lights?)
Should I buy a car with bi-xenons (Or other lighting option or upgrade)
How bad do 19's rub?
Years/little problems to look for when buying.
Basically what would you do with 25k, I love the new body style, and have two friends that have/ had the B5 S4 and have/had a ton of problems, so I dont want to go that route.

Default Well, I can help ya on the ecode questions...............

I would get a car with the lighting package and then upgrade the housings to the ecodes. With the bi-xenon ecodes like the one pictured above, you will have:

1)Cleared corners
2)Larger xenon projector
3)Citylight
4)High's will be brighter because it allows more light to come out of the xenon projector also.
and as you can see from my signature, chick's will dig them. lol.

19s will rub no more than 17s if you keep the rolling diameter the same.

25k is a good start, are you looking to get something with or without payments?

If you have $25K and want no payment and minimal problems, I'd say Subaru Legacy GT - 250hp
