Just noticed 2 paint defects on my spoiler from SpoilerDepot....
<center><img src="http://pictureposter.audiworld.com/40723/100_0324.jpg"></center><p>I guess I have to call or email them and see what they will do. This is such a PIA! The thing has been on my car for about a month now and I just noticed the two things the other day. I was going to let them go - but it just bugs the crap out of me that they're there. The cracked looking defect is not cracked all the way through. It looks like the primer had a chip and a crack and they just painted and clear-coated right over it. The other defect looks like the porosity in the foam was not filled in properly during the primer stage. I am just dreading the job of taking the spoiler off and getting all the 3M tape to come off the trunk.

That company sux. They sent me a paint burned spoiler. Been 3 months and still no new spoiler. Paid for it, and still dont have it. Tried to get a refund, they told me i was beat. Been in a dispute with my credit card company for months. They are a horrible business.

Well, I havn't paid my credit card bill that the spoiler appears on - so I'm not out yet....
But thanks for the heads up on their customer service. If I don't get anywhere quickly with them I'll turn to my credit card company and dispute the charge there. That should get spoiler depots attention if they don't get paid.

With a name like SpoilerDepot...
it has to be bad As they say; <i>"You get what you pay for".</i> Everyone wants a cheap spoiler, so they have to cut corners somewhere to make a profit (poorer quality control as well). The S4 and Ultra Sport spoilers may be expensive, but they look perfect (even just primed). I just wouldn't trust one from SpoilerDepot and I've learned the hard way to keep with more OEM type body styling on this car (or aftermarket ones that are made to fit/look OEM)..

I did inspect it - It wasn't until about 2 weeks later that I discovered the defects when...
the right lighting conditions exposed them. I just really wish I had seen them when I inspected the damn thing!
