I've noticed that while accelerating hard around a corner, the car sticks like glue given the 16 inch tires; what is a bit disconcerting is how the steering becomes noticeably lighter, almost loose in feeling..similar to a 70's lincoln I once drove. What's the deal??? It feels over-assisted, if you will.

Just the other day I thought i was gonna lose it during some spirited driving due to this.

What PSI are you using? Try less(32), it will improve ride and lessen light steering. Also alignment has a lot to do with steering. It could be on spec or out!

if i run 32, my rims will be destroyed. gotta run 40-42.

Use 34 psi on 16 inch michelin pilot primacy here, occasionaly 35, feels everso slightly more bumpy.
