locking issues
My Audi A4 has been great since the day I bought it. I bought it brand new. I've had it for 172,000 km. The issue I am having now is new. The car will automatically lock itself while I am driving it. Then I can't unlock it with the controls in the door. I have to hit the remote button several times and simutaniously pull the lever to open the door. Has anyone every experienced this before??

I suspect it is the wiring harness in door; they have a tendency to break over time, sometimes some speakers don't work, sometimes the window won't roll down, and sometimes it is the door lock. In my case, it was all of the above and my locks didn't work at all. Oh, by the way, my alarm wasn't setting becuase the door wasn't locking. Take a look at the link below.
