Losing boost

Losing boost
A little background on the engine mods... APR 1+ w/TT225 injectors, evolution racewerks test pipe, thermal exhaust, forge dv w/ yellow spring.
I just went from stage1 to stage1+ yesterday, when I was running Stage 1 i was spiking at 18 and holding at 16-17, now that i went stage 1+ i am spiking at 20-22ish and after 4000rpms it just drops down to 8psi... I ran a smoke test today and found/repaired a boost leak, but i am still having the same problem. I am thinking its my dv because under low boost when i let off the gas it has a high pitched squeak (not a duck sounding honk), or could it be the stock turbo inlet pipe is collapsing at that high rpm? Or does anyone else have any ideas as to what it can be?
