Default My car is now legal in the state of Massachusetts... at least for an hour.

Took my A4 in for state inspection this morning and prior to doing so I zip tied my license plate to the lower grill. Not the best of looks, eh? Don't worry as the plate will be off before the end of the day.

While I was at the local service station the guy that was performing the inspection couldn't stop talking about my car. He obviously didn't know much about A4 3.0 because his first question was "Does it have a turbo?" He asked how much I paid for it new and he couldn't believe I only paid $35K for it. He said he thought it looked like a $50K car. =) He also said that it looks "way better than all the Bimmers I see come in here." =))))

Car passed inspection with flying colors.

License plate zip-tied still looks better than drilling holes in your bumper. ;-)

Default Well in MA you are required to run both front and rear plates unless you have...

one of the old "greenie" plates (green on white). I figured I wouldn't risk having the inspector ask where my front plate was so I just zipped tied it to the lower grille.
