NE1 go from nav(cd based) to nav+(dvd based)? Easily do-able?

NE1 go from nav(cd based) to nav+(dvd based)? Easily do-able?
<center><img src="http://pictureposter.audiworld.com/54131/nav.jpg"></center><p>saw this on ebay(no reserve). Looks like it would fit, although the seller states that it's for A6's.

mostly the face plate, but also the C6 A6 is a full CAN bus car and the B6 is only partially on CAN
so some of your inputs/outputs for speed sensors and other miscellaneous stuff might be off.

Only faceplate is different. A lot of people in Europe install A6 in A4 and vice versa.
