Default Need help, car lurches...

From a standstill, if I apply the throttle with the intention for hard acceleration and allow the revs to climb quickly, the car performs nicely with no apparent loss of power/boost.

However, if I apply the gas with ease (to let the revs climb slowly) and then mash it, the revs climb faster but the torque is absent. It feels as if the car is lurching, and isn't only sluggish, but not smooth whatsoever.

Obviously, this behavior is confusing me. I don't hear any "psssh" or abnormal noises while driving, and checked for any cracked/busted hoses and didn't find any. I checked the diverter valve (a 710N TT) and it looks okay and I changed the spark plugs recently as well (NGK bkr6e copper 32 gap). I've had a Neuspeed chip for over 1.5 years now. Perhaps there's something wrong with my software? Are there any suggestions? Thanks.
