LOL IMHO Audi did a horrible job on the 2005 A6, it looks like all of there other cars (A4-A8) with an Esdel grill. Is this really the best they could do? When did Chris Bangle start working for Audi?

I must be to young for the new A6 look, to me the Mustang looks much better.
And I tend to not like Ford products. I would bet if someone put both of these cars in next to each other in a mall the Mustang would get a lot of looks and the A6 would get a lot of laughs.

Its a totally different crowd that drives the mustang. Most of the guys I know who drive mustangs live in East County san diego where the trailor parks and nascar / wwf fans live. Most of the guys I know who drive audi's live in mission valley/la jolla where a very different crowd lives. Mustangs remind me of Joe Dirt.
Joe dirt would give the Mustang the attention, most likely.

Most people don't even know what an Audi is and when they do 3/4's of them say it is a glorified VW. I see more "joe dirts", as you call them, driving old used Audi's in SoCal. They pick them up cheap because they have a horrible resale value and they pretend to be rich.
As for Mustangs in SoCal, mostly women or Budget/Hertz Rent-A-Car.
If I wanted a car to make a statement I would not be an Audi. Most people think Audi is a BMW wanabe. If you are a real playa you need to step into a RR, Ferrari, etc. Those cares are driven by people that have coin.
An A4 is the same price as a Honda Accord. Most people on this site drive Audi's because of how well they handle and for Quattro. It is not an image car at all.
