Is it normal?
Hi,
I have a A41.8TQ automatic.
Recently I noticed that when I park the car overnight, and the next day the car would rev up a little bit to around 1300 RPM when I start the engine. But if I start the engine just after a normal 20~30 minutes drive (or when the car is warm), the engine keeps idle at around 1000 RPM or lower before I shift it out of "P".
Is there some problem with this? or the car just smart enough to detect the temperature of the engine and wants to warm it up sooner..
