OT: Not car related ... anyone used the Canon SD900 Digital Camera any opinions would be great
Some people when they see "10 Megapixels" they think, "Gee, this must be a better camera." But if you know anything about digital cameras, once you start cramming that many pixels onto that tiny chip, you're degrading the picture.
The SD800 has 7.1 megapixels, which is more than enough. But the Big advantages over the SD900 are:
1. A 28-105mm lens. This is only one of two or three compact cameras available that has a wide-angle lens. It is great for interiors, landscapes, etc.
2. Optical Image Stabilizer. This lets you shoot handheld at much slower speeds and still get a sharp picture.
There are many more, but don't take my word for it; read Ken Rockwell's review:<ul><li><a href="http://www.kenrockwell.com/canon/sd800.htm">Canon SD800 review</a></li></ul>
