Default Is it possible to fit 225/55/17 ....

winter tires on the stock 17" sport wheel w/o rubbing? The tires are Dunlop graspic ds1.
Anyone have experience with Pirelli P6 all seasons in the snow and if it's adequate for NJ winters. I'm thinking of either getting a dedicated snow tires or keep the all seasons.
TIA

Default Re: I just found some used winter tires 225/55/17...

that is kinda hard to pass up. The other question is, Is Pirelli P6 four seasons good enough for NJ winters and occastional trips to VT? Or should I get dedicated snow tires for the winter. I went to VT couple of years ago and blizzard condition and I was able to get around until a 25-30 degree driveway stoped me dead on my tracks.
