Potential audi owner
hey guys, I am new to the forum and I also a huge European automobile fan.
I was always a big fan of BMW's never owned one, but drove one many times. Over the years, I have become very fond of Audi and I have the opportunity to buy a used Audi A4 with 70K miles.
Now I have always owned Japanese and american cars simply because I liked the reliability and somewhat low cost maintenance. I am just not one who wants to spend his weekends at the dealer or repair shop.
For someone like me, would buying a used Audi be a worthwhile purchase? I want to purchase a European car, I love the way they look and handle, i just don't want a money pit. I want an audi and I just hope I am not buying an expensive project instead of fun, reliable and somewhat cost efficient transportation.
thanks..

Required maintenance by good Audi mechanic makes a huge difference in Audi ownership. But even then, it is not a Toyota Camry. Audis are similar to BMW's as far as issues and expense of repairs. My wifes TT has been a good car for for the past 3 years with only minor issues.
