My 2004 Audi A4 Sline has thrown PRNDS fault with all the light flashing on dash,gear selector moves but won't engage. We have changed the selector module unit under gear lever and also had ECU checked and no faults found. Has anyone else had this or have any idea on where to look next.

Did you scan the ECU or the TCU? You need to scan the TCU (transmission control module). You can’t get to that module with a generic scanner. You would need a program like VCDS or OBDeleven.
