PROBLEM WITH FUEL LEVEL

I have an A4 B6 1.9tdi 96kw 2001y, as i'm driving the fuel level gauge goes up as ifbi'm puting fuel while driving. What seems to be the problem, i've changed the injectors 2days ago if that is somehow connected to this problem.
