Rear seat belt assembly

Rear seat belt assembly
So at some point, my friend must have taken his car in to the shop and when they returned the car to him, they had reattached the plastic part where the top end of the rear passenger-side seat belt comes out incorrectly. It's been attached snugly, but the soft side seat panel, which doesn't fold down with the rest of the seat, is on the outside of this plastic piece, when clearly it should be the reverse. Sorry that the description is vague, but this plastic piece I'm talking about touches the small window and has a slit for the seat belt to exit.
Does anyone know how to open that up so we can reattach it properly? He doesn't know when it happened so we don't know who to point fingers at and would rather just fix it. I poked around a little, and the only thing I can see to remove is the bar that sticks out and anchors the seat when it's up, but that doesn't look like it comes off easily.
Any suggestions would be very appreciated. Thanks.

Sorry, I should have just done this in the first place.
In the picture, you can see where the seat belt is coming out. That whole plastic piece needs to come out and be reseated with the part that's sticking out (and slightly visible in that pic) put under the plastic. I can take another with the seat down if necessary.

Ahh.. I see now..
okay you need to Bentley says you need to remove the side panel. The screws for that are the pin where the seat locks. There's also a seat underneat the rear bench, but you might be able to get away with leaving that one in.
Once inside that panel, there are two phillips head screws holding down the plastic molding. Loosen those screws and then you can reposition the fabric.

Re: Ahh.. I see now..
OK, cool. The pin is the big bar sticking out of the side panel correct? That was my best guess as to entry. It doesn't happen to say what size nut that is does it? I may have to borrow/buy a wrench that big as my toolset is really lacking.
I'm not sure what you mean by a "seat underneath the rear bench." Was that supposed to be "screw underneath" ?
Thanks a lot for your help.

For the record
OK I did this today. It's roughly a 17mm or 11/16" bolt. Once I got inside the side panel, I couldn't see where the screws were for the seat belt holder, so I decided that I didn't actually have to take it out if I could just reposition the side panel. This involved popping out the seat bottom and unscrewing one screw at the bottom of the side panel. Pulled out the side panel, pushed the top part in the right place, and reattached everything.
Worked out well. Thanks again.
