Remove spoiler adhesive

I bought a used spoiler and there is a thin layer of foam and adhesive still on the bottom of the spoiler. Any suggestions on how to get that off so I can use a fresh adhesive?

Yep...Let it soak in for abit then it will wipe off like butta.
