1. Timing is pretty slack. I drilled the motor nice and hard before doing tests to get the turbo a glowin. its only 70's out right now so we'll call it "SAFE". i saw max 0.5 retard on cyl #1 during normal driving.
** Abnormal driving hit 3.8-4.5 on all 4 cylinders, i locked the tip to 5 at 1700rpm and floored it without it being able to kick down. during the "bog" it did pull timing a good bit. I hate to stop it at 100mph but by then it had tapered the CF to 0.8. Pretty decent, you can definitely feed 4.5 degrees of timing being pulled.

On to the meat..
1. Requested boost was 1.28bar until 5000 then it drops to 1 bar by 6400 it was at .7 bar requested. no need to rev so high.

On street the car held right at requested, although it was a little laggy not hitting 1.27 bar until like 3000rpm in the low gears (1,2).

At freeway the spool came a little faster and held 1.37 to 1.39 bar, you might be wondering, yeah i do have a ECS H VALVE on this car, Hyperboost DV, and K&N of some dirtiness. There was no timing retard at 1.39bar ACTUAL on freeway.

I might need to try to lemmiwinks in a degree or two and see what happens to spoolup speed. I think the chip is very Safe given the max CF of 0.5 during normal driving and 4.5 max during serious bogging.

For $0, lemmiwinks, and my obd-tool, i think i have a bargain, that quite frankly for a tiptronic can't be beat for the price. even if i chose to buy that chip..

I don't want to blow my tiptronic so i'm shying away from the stage 1+ experience. It was quite easy to be 2-3x the speed limit as it is, and i'm on NO-LO SPEEDING (the last straw).

So to neuspeed, good chip. Came with my audi so i must say GREAT PRICE. I see no reason to upgrade as i plan to keep this car for 60K more miles.

I got an APR snub mount and might try to clean or reverse the HYPERBOOST valve, its been on the car for 10K miles. i'll update.

I'm pleased. I thought i'd have some ghey chip. 1.3-1.4bar is reasonable with room to play with timing with lemmiwinks.
