Hi all, I have just really got my hands on a audi a4 1.8T

The feel's slow for a turbo .. Like its in limp mode .. there should be more boost I would think.. What am i looking for for the car to be in limp mode ?

The Turbo in the 1.8l engine is not really intended to make the car very powerful, more of a economy helper, it is possible to get a second turbo of the same size and place it on the car, and I've witnessed and ridden in B6 audi's with duel OEM turbos that have produced near 500hp, another option is to swap it for a supercharger at a custom mechanic, you'll probably drop a good 10 to 14 mpg but you'll get another 80 to 100 horsepower.
