Default Seat belt warning enable

I need to enable my 2003 A4 Quattro seat belt warning light and chime for a safety check before insuring my new to me car.
I have the cable and the Ross-tech lite 1.2 program.
My current Instrument Cluster module code is 03300.
I've tried the change it to enable but nothing has worked so far.
What should the new code be?
Am I doing something wrong?
Looked through all the threads and tried some suggestions but still the same. No chime. Light stays on for a few seconds on startup.
Thanks.

I've had great success with the Carista app on my Android phone...you can use it's 30 day trial for free and cancel afterwards...just a typical OBDII bluetooth reader and you can enable/disable several features...I used it for the seatbelt chime toggle and canceled it as I don't plan on "needing" it again...just another work-around...

Thanks.
I'll try anything at this point.
Did you use the standard version or the pro ?

Do you really have to have a seatbelt light/chime to pass a safety inspection?

BTW when I review the VCDS label file for the 2003 A4 it indicates there isn't a chime for A4's manufactured prior to Week 44 of 2004.

Is there a way to copy that info so I can show this to the inspectors?

Was the actual speaker for the chime located on the rear of instrument cluster.

Yes it is and they do fail. Simple to repair/replace.

No wonder I never heard the chime on my earlier 2004 A4. I thought it was broken.
