I'm not saying it is in this case, but there are many other forms of AWD out there that are better than Quattro.

Nothing beats quattro. There is no better AWD system than Quattro, you either have quattro or are trying to be just like quattro. All the AWD systems I have seen are pitiful in comparison. I'd like to know what you think is better than quattro....

Well at least I think I am....not sure yet. The G35 is a screamer and handles great, but IMHO it's kind of ugly. I grew tired of that and the wind/road noise and cheap interior although the '05 is much improved. The new A4 and old one for that matter look much better. The only thing I will miss is the rock solid reliability. I just can't decide between the B5/B6. Also you can't mod the G35 too much.... the bolt-ons really don't do much unless you go forced induction. Also a plus for the 1.8T
